All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Please allow up to a week for processing and shipping, however items are normally processed and shipped much faster. We proudly ship worldwide.
The cost of the shipping depends on the weight and size of your entire order and the distance between its origin and destination.
Shipping costs are paid for by the customer.
Prints equal to or larger than 11x17 are sealed in flat polyethylene bags, carefully rolled, and shipped in rigid 3-ply spiral wound tubes.
Prints and other flat items smaller than 11x17 are sealed in flat polyethylene bags and shipped in industrial strength flat mailers.
Apparel and other non-flat items are sealed in polyethylene bags and shipped in padded bubble mailers.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. You must notify us within 14 days to be eligible for a refund for a return. To be eligible for a refund for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require your order number for proof of purchase.
We will only accept returns for unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise or for situations pertaining to product quality. Refunds will only be issued back to your original form of payment after the merchandise is returned, received and reviewed.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will email you a confirmation when your refund process has been initiated back to your original method of payment.
If there is any sign of wear or use, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded. You will be contacted with two options: the item can either be shipped back to you at no cost or donated if a response is not received after 5 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 business days have passed since you received a refund initiation confirmation email and you haven’t received a refund, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If your credit card company cannot provide any information regarding the refund, please contact us at wandr[at]wornandraised.com.
Our exchange policy lasts 5 days. You must notify us within 5 days to be eligible for an exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at wandr[at]wornandraised.com. Include a description of any defects or damage as well as a photo showing the defects or damage.
Once your email is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If your exchange request is approved, we will include further information on how to proceed.
